  • 1/2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1/2 tablespoon Butter
  • 1/2 Shallots, Minced
  • 0.13 cup White Wine
  • 0.13 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1/2 tablespoon Green Peppercorns

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
  • STEP 2.Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the salmon fillets, skin side down, and cook for 4-5 minutes until the skin is crispy.
