  • 1-1.20 garlic cloves
  • 1/5-0.30 inch Ginger
  • 1/5-0.30 Green chilly sliced
  • As required Curry leaves as reqd
  • 1-1.20 shallots finely chopped
  • As required salt as reqd
  • 1/10 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 0.30 tablespoon Red chilli powder as reqd
  • 0.30 tablespoon coriander powder as reqd
  • 0.30-0.40 Kudam Puli
  • 0.30 tomatoes big ones
  • 1/10 teaspoon Mustard seeds
  • 1/10 pinch Fenugreek seeds tsp
  • 1/5 tablespoon Refined oil
  • 1/10 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1/10 cup coconut milk from coconut or 1.5 thick milk
