  • 1 cup dried sea mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Onion
  • 1 tablespoon red hot pepper
  • As required Batter
  • 1 cup All purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon Salt
  • 1 No.s egg
  • 1 cup cold water
  • As required Dipping sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Sugar

Directions: Sea Mustard Jeon Recipe

  • STEP 1. Soak the dried mustard in water.

  • STEP 1.2. Combine all the ingredients for batter in a mixing bowl.

step 3

  • STEP 1.Add the mustard and vegetables in the batter.

  • STEP 1. Mix all the ingredients of dipping sauce plainly.

step 5

  • STEP 1. In a pan add some cooking oil and put the batter and cook small pancakes. Fry until golden brown from both sides.
