  • 1.13 Tover Idlis
  • 1/2 tablespoon Oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon Chopped Garlic
  • 1/4 teaspoon Chopped Ginger
  • 1/4 Onion, Chopped
  • 1/4 Bell Pepper, Chopped
  • 0.13 cup Shredded Cabbage
  • 1/2 tablespoon Schezwan Sauce
  • 1/4 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1/4 tablespoon Vinegar
  • As required Salt To Taste

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Heat oil in a pan and add chopped garlic and ginger. Saute for a minute.
  • STEP 2.Add chopped onions, bell peppers, and cabbage. Stir-fry until the vegetables are slightly cooked.
  • STEP 3.Add Schezwan sauce, soy sauce, and vinegar. Mix well.
  • STEP 4.Add the leftover idlis and toss them in the sauce until well coated.
  • STEP 5.Garnish with spring onions and serve hot.
