Ingredients for Schezwan fried rice Recipe

  • 3/4 Tbsp oil
  • 1/4 Tsp mustard seeds
  • 1.25 Pieces curry leaves
  • 1/4 Pieces onion chopped
  • 1/2 Pieces chopped green chilli
  • To Taste Salt
  • 0.13 Tsp red chilli powder
  • 0.06 Tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/4 Tsp ajwain
  • 3/4 Tbsp Schezwan sauce
  • 1/2 Cup boiled rice
  • 0.06 Tsp Til
  • 0.06 Tsp chilli flakes

Directions: Schezwan Fried Rice Recipe

  • STEP 1.In a kadai heat oil. Add mustard seeds and curry leaves. Let it fry. Add onion green chilli and fry.
  • STEP 2.Mix salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and ajwain.
  • STEP 3.Mix Schezwan sauce. Add 1/2 cup water.
  • STEP 4.Mix boiled rice and mix.
  • STEP 5.Garnish with til and chilli flakes.
