  • 100 g Chicken pieces (clean and wash well)
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic paste
  • 1/2 tablespoon Refined flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon Corn flour
  • 1/2 Pieces Egg
  • 1 teaspoons Schezwan sauce
  • To Taste Salt according to your taste
  • 1/2 cup Sunflower oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon Curd
  • As Required lemon juice half
  • 1 Pinches Pinch of turmeric powder

  • STEP 1.First marination
  • STEP 2.In a mixing bowl add 200g chicken pieces (1inch pieces) add half teaspoon lemon juice, pinch of turmeric powder and 1 teaspoon curd. Mix all ingredients nicely. cover and rest for 30 minutes.
  • STEP 3.Second marination
  • STEP 4.Add 1 tablespoon refined flour, 1 teaspoon corn flour, 1 egg, 2 teaspoons schezwan sauce, salt according to your taste,1 and half teaspoon garlic paste with first marination and mix all ingredients nicely and rest it for another 30 minutes.
  • STEP 5.Heat oil fry chicken pieces (medium heat) until chicken pieces turn golden brown and crispy.
  • STEP 6.Serve hot with mint chutney.
