Ingredients for Schezwan Bread Pakoda Recipe

  • 6 Pinches slices of bread
  • 3 Pieces large boiled potatoes
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Ginger paste
  • 1/2 Tbsp garlic paste
  • 4 g reen chillies finely chopped
  • To Taste Salt
  • 2 Tablespoon Schezwan sauce
  • 1 Teaspoon s chopped coriander
  • 1/2 Teaspoon garam masala
  • 1/2 Teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 Cups gram flour
  • 1 Teaspoon Chopped coriander
  • 1 Tablespoon Oil
  • 1/2 Pieces onion finely chopped
  • A Pinch Hing (asafoetida)
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Turmeric
  • 1/2 Teaspoon red chili
  • As Required Oil
  • As Required green chutney
  • As Required For Ganishing Tomato ketchup

Directions: Schezwan Bread Pakoda Recipe

  • STEP 1.First heat oil in a pan. Add asafoetida, green chillies, onion, salt, ginger-garlic paste and mix.
  • STEP 2.Let cook for five minutes. Then add mashed boiled potatoes, turmeric, red chillies, lemon juice, coriander and garam masala and mix it. The stuffing is ready.
  • STEP 3.Now take a slice of bread. Spread sejwan sauce on a piece of bread. Then spread the potato masala evenly on the second bread. Then place both breads on top of each other and cut right in the middle.
  • STEP 4.In a bowl add chickpea flour, salt, chopped coriander and water as required and mix. Keep the batter thin.
  • STEP 5.Put oil for frying in a pan, dip the spiced bread in the batter and fry both sides equally. So Sezwan Bread Pakora is ready.
