Ingredients for Sazerac Recipe

  • 2 ounce Cognac
  • 25 ounce absinthe or herbsaint
  • 3 dash Peychaud
  • As required s bitters
  • As required Sugar cube

Directions: Sazerac Recipe

  • STEP 1.Rinse chilled rocks glass with absinthe or herbsaint and discard.
  • STEP 2.Place the sugar cube in the bottom of a separate mixing glass, cover with three dashes of peychaud
  • STEP 3.Bitters, and crush the cube until fine.
  • STEP 4.Stir and strain into absinthe-rinsed frozen rocks glass.
  • STEP 5.Expressed and discarded lemon twist.
