  • 1 Nos Nos tofu
  • 100 gram tempeh
  • 50 gram dried bean curd sheets
  • 30 gram glass noodles
  • 1/2 cup long beans
  • 1/2 cup white cabbage
  • 1 Nos aubergine
  • 100 gram prawns
  • 1 Nos carrot
  • 2 stalk lemongrass
  • 4 Nos shallots
  • 2 tablespoon dried shrimps
  • 2.50 cm turmeric fresh
  • 1.50 cup Water
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon salt

How to Make Sayur Lodeh Recipe

STEP 01

Clean and wash prawns

STEP 02

Cut tempeh and tofu into pieces

STEP 03

Marinate tempeh and tofu with salt and turmeric

STEP 04

Shallow tempeh and tofu until golden brown

STEP 05

Soak glass noodles and beancurd skin in water

STEP 06

Chop long beans,white cabbage,carrot and aubergine into small pieces

STEP 07

Chop off the green section of lemongrass and take only the bottom part

STEP 08

Lightly pound the lemongrass

STEP 09

Grind shallots,dried shrimps and turmeric with water

take a pan and add ground ingredients,lemongrass and boil for 5 mins at high flame

and water and boil it at high heat for 5 mins

3.now add dried bean curd,glass noodles,carrot,long beans,white cabbage and aubergine.

4.cook it at medium flame for 8-10 mins

STEP 14

5.optionally add red chillies and extra spice for taste

STEP 15

6.then add thick coconut milk and cook for 5 mins until it begins boiling

STEP 16

7.add prawns,tofu,tempeh and salt as per taste and cook it for another 5 mins

8.now turn off the flame and serve it
