Ingredients for Sauteed Pork And Cauliflower Recipe

  • 250 gram Pork fillet thinly sliced
  • 1 No.s Cauliflower small, chopped into small chunks
  • 1/2 Ginger chopped cm
  • 2 Spring onion chopped Nos
  • 3 Garlic chopped cloves
  • 1 No.s Eggwhite
  • 2 tablespoon Dark soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ground red pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Cornflour
  • As required Salt

Directions: Sauteed Pork And Cauliflower Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.1.in a mixing bowl 250 gm thinly sliced pork fillet, 1 egg white, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp corn flour and mix well. Leave to marinate for 10 minutes.

  • STEP 2.2. In a wok heat oil for deep frying. Add the marinated pork and fry for 2 minutes.

  • STEP 3.3. Stir to separate the pieces. Then use a slotted spoon to remove and drain the pieces.

step 4

  • STEP 4.4. In the same hot oil add 1 small cauliflower cut into small chunks and fry for ½ a minute. Remove and drain.

step 5

  • STEP 5.5. In a wok add 1 tsp oil, add ½ cm chopped ginger, 3 cloves chopped garlic, 2 chopped spring onions, ½ tsp ground red pepper and fry for a few seconds.

step 6

  • STEP 6.6. Then return the pork to the wok, add the cauliflower, 1 tbsp dark soy sauce and stir fry for 2 minutes and add salt to taste.

  • STEP 7.Transfer to a dish and serve.
