  • 1/5 Eggs, Beaten
  • 1/5 tablespoon Chopped Fresh Parsley
  • 1/10 teaspoon Dried Oregano

  • 0.03 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1/20 cup Tomato Glaze

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • STEP 2.In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onions and garlic and cook until softened.
  • STEP 3.In a large bowl, combine ground beef, Italian sausage, breadcrumbs, eggs, sautéed onions and garlic, parsley, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  • STEP 4.Divide the mixture into 6 equal portions and shape each portion into a mini meatloaf.
  • STEP 5.Place the meatloaves on the prepared baking sheet and brush the tops with the tomato glaze.
  • STEP 6.Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
  • STEP 7.Remove from the oven and let the meatloaves rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  • STEP 8.Serve the sausage-spiked meatloaves with mashed potatoes and steamed vegetables for a complete meal.
