Ingredients for Saudi Ravaoli Recipe

  • 1 cup Flour
  • 0.33 cup Water
  • 100 gram lamb minced meat
  • 2 cup Yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon ground garlic
  • 1.50 teaspoon Salt
  • pinch Black pepper
  • pinch cumin powder
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 2 tablespoon pine nuts
  • As required coriander for garnish

  • STEP 1.Dough preparation combine all dough ingredients during a mixture.

  • STEP 2.Spread very little oil on the high, cowl with plastic, and let rest for one hour. Unfold dough thinly, dig 2-inch squares.

  • STEP 3.Salt minced meat and prepare dough paste. Stuff dough sq. With one tsp minced meat, add dough paste on 2 sides of the sq., fold into a triangle, add dough paste on one aspect, wrap-around finger.

  • STEP 4.Place on a floured receptacle, and canopy with textile to avoid drying. Repeat until dough finishes, placed within the electric refrigerator, once frozen transfer to the box to continue state change.

  • STEP 5.Procedure during a bowl combine yogurt, 1/2 tsp salt, pinch pepper, pinch cumin, one tsp garlic.

  • STEP 6.Add pot on medium-low heat with 1-liter water, add one tbsp sugar, vinegar, and oil. Once the water starts boiling slowly, add cappelletti more or less thirty items.

  • STEP 7.In a separate bowl, layer the yogurt and cappelletti instead until you finish up with the yogurt because of the last layer.

  • STEP 8.Roast pine around the bend with butter and oil and pour over the yogurt. Garnish with sliced coriander.
