  • STEP 1.In a bowl, mix together ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt.
  • STEP 2.Marinate the fish fillets in this mixture for 30 minutes.
  • STEP 3.Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the fish fillets until golden and crispy. Set aside.
  • STEP 4.In the same pan, add chopped onions and cook until they turn translucent.
  • STEP 5.Add minced garlic and cook for another minute.
