  • 1/2 cup Wheat Flour
  • 1/2 tablespoon Ghee
  • 1/4 teaspoon Ajwain
  • 1/4 teaspoon Kalonji

  • STEP 1.In a bowl, mix sattu, spices, herbs, and lemon juice to make the filling.
  • STEP 2.Knead wheat flour with ghee, salt, and water to make a dough.
  • STEP 3.Stuff the sattu filling inside the wheat flour balls and bake in a tandoor or oven until cooked.

Cooking Tips

  • You can add chopped onions and green chillies to the sattu filling for extra flavor.
  • Brush the litti with ghee before baking for a golden crust.
  • Serve hot with chokha and a dollop of ghee.
