Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.In a mixing bowl, combine whole wheat flour, salt, and water to make a soft dough.
  • STEP 2.In a separate bowl, mix sattu flour, chopped onions, green chilies, ginger, coriander leaves, and spices.
  • STEP 3.Divide the dough into small balls and roll each ball into a circle. Place a spoonful of the sattu mixture in the center and fold the edges to seal.
  • STEP 4.Heat a griddle and cook the parathas on both sides until golden brown and crispy.
  • STEP 5.For the chokha, boil potatoes and mash them. Add chopped tomatoes, onions, green chilies, coriander leaves, and spices. Mix well.
