  • STEP 2.Marinate the fish pieces with the mustard paste and let it sit for 30 minutes.
  • STEP 3.Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds and fenugreek seeds. Cook until they splutter.
  • STEP 4.Add chopped onions and cook until golden brown.
  • STEP 5.Add the marinated fish pieces and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side until they are cooked through.
  • STEP 6.Pour in water and simmer for 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
