  • STEP 3.Drain the greens and blend them into a coarse paste.
  • STEP 4.In a pan, heat ghee and add cumin seeds, ginger, and garlic.
  • STEP 5.Add chopped onions and cook until they turn golden brown.
  • STEP 6.Add the green paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
  • STEP 7.Cook for a few minutes and serve hot with makki ki roti.
