Ingredients for Sarso ka Saag Recipe

  • 1/10 kg kg sarso ka saa
  • 50 g palak
  • As Required chopped green chillies
  • As Required Garlic cloves
  • 1/5 tbsp Coriander powder
  • As Required Red chilli powder
  • As Required Salt
  • As Required Desi Ghee

Directions: Sarso Ka Saag Recipe

  • STEP 1.Wash and cut both greens. Put them in a cooker with 2 cups of water, salt green chilli, red chilli powder. Give one whistle and cook for 30 minutes.
  • STEP 2.When its cool grind with the grinder. Take a pan heat desi ghee and add garlic and fry for half a minute.
  • STEP 3.Now add red chilli powder, add boiled saag and fried. Cook for 5 to 7 minutes. Sarso ka saag is ready to serve.
