Ingredients for Saprouted Moongdal subji Recipe

  • 1/2 Cup sprouted moong dal boiled
  • 1/2 Pieces onion
  • 1/4 Tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1/2 Pieces tomato
  • 0.13 Tsp turmeric powder
  • 2 Tsp Chilli powder taste
  • To Taste salt
  • 1/2 Tbsp Corriander leaves
  • 1/2 Pieces Green chilli

Directions: Saprouted Moongdal Subji Recipe

  • STEP 1.heat oil in a pan add onion and saute it. add ginger garlic paste fry till raw smell go.add tomato and fry till oil leaves sides. Add all dry masalas fry and add the moong dal mix it well .cover it for five minutes.
  • STEP 2.Garnish with coriander leaves
