Ingredients for Santula Recipe

  • 1 Potato medium size
  • 1 cup Ridge gourd
  • 1 cup Brinjal
  • 1 cup Pumpkin
  • 1 cup Beanch
  • 1 cup Tomatoes
  • 1/2 inch Ginger
  • 4-5 Garlic
  • 2 Green chili
  • 1 cup Chopped Onion
  • 1 tablespoon Puncha phutan
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • As required Salt
  • 1 cup Badi
  • As required Curry and coriander leaves
  • 4 tablespoon Mustard oil

Directions: Santula Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.In a pressure cooker, put in all the vegetable , add turmeric powder, salt to taste and 1 glass of water

step 2

  • STEP 2.Cook until 1 whistle on low flame

step 3

  • STEP 3.Crush the ginger and garlic

step 4

  • STEP 4.Heat the frying pan with mustard oil

step 5

  • STEP 5.Fry badi until brown and set aside

step 6

  • STEP 6.Add puncha phutan and chopped onion, fry them

step 7

  • STEP 7.Add curry leaves

step 8

  • STEP 8.Add the ginger garlic paste and green chilies, fry for 20secs

step 9

  • STEP 9.Add the cooked vegetables and mix well

step 10

  • STEP 10.Crush the fried badi

step 11

  • STEP 11.Add the crushed badi and mix well

step 12

  • STEP 12.Add coriander powder and serve with roti
