  • 2 kilogram Beef Chuck Stew
  • 1 No.s Large Malanga
  • 1 No.s Yautia
  • 1 No.s Large Yame

  • 4 No.s Corn on the Cob

Directions: Sancochado Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1. boil chicken and beef chunks in a pot for about 45 minutes.

  • STEP 1. chop all your vegetables and grate your plantains and make little balls out of it.
