Ingredients for Samosa Recipe

  • 0.40 cup madia
  • 0.40 tsp Oil
  • As Required As per taste Salt
  • 1/5 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 0.16 Pieces Potatoes
  • 1/10 g reen Chilli
  • 1/5 tsp Garam masala
  • 1/5 g Pinch ginger
  • 1/5 tsp Haldi powder
  • as required water
  • as required Oil for frying

Directions: Samosa Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take pan put oil, cumin seeds ginger and allow to crackle, then add potato (boiled),green Chilli salt, haldi powder, garam masala and cook till potato turns soft and mushy. Sprinkle little water, cover, and cook for a few minutes, and the filling is ready.
  • STEP 2.Take bowl put maida, salt, oil, water (as required) and knead a tight and semi-soft dough. Make medium size balls from the dough and roll out a medium - thick roti an make two half of it
  • STEP 3.Now take one half and give the shape of the cone by joining two corners and seal it applying water, add 1-2 tbsp of potato filling in the cone and again seal it by joining two edges and seal with help of water.
  • STEP 4.Take pan add oil, let it come to medium heat, then start dropping Samosa and fry till it changes to golden brown.
  • STEP 5.An your yummy samosa is ready to serve
