STEP 1.👉Add all-purpose flour and semolina in a mixing bowl. Add salt and cooking Oil and mix well and try to bind it as muthiya. Now add water slowly and make a tight dough. Keep aside for 15 minutes.
STEP 2.👉Keep green peas in hot water for 10 minutes and then remove the water and transfer peas in a plate. Peel and mash boiled potatoes in a plate. Chop green chilli.
STEP 3.👉Heat a pan. Add cumin seeds and when cumin seeds splutter put green peas and saute for 2 minute on low flame. Add salt, red chilli, turmeric, coriander seeds, and mango powder. Add mashed potatoes and mix well and saute for 2 minutes. Add garam masala and chopped coriander leaves and mix well. Stuffing is ready.
STEP 4.👉Now knead the dough again for 1 minute. Take a small portion of dough and make a ball. Roll it with the help of rolling pin in round shape. Cut it from centre in 2 parts.
STEP 5.👉Now bring the edges of half chapatti in centre and apply little water with fingers on one side and overlap the other side on watered layer and make a cone.
STEP 6.👉Stuff 2 tb spoon of the prepared stuffing in cone and seal from upper side with soft hands. Like wise make all the samosas.
STEP 7.👉Heat cooking oil in a wok and deep fry samosas till golden brown colour on medium low flame. Fry all samosas and remove it in a plate.
STEP 8.👉Serve hot with chutney
