Ingredients for Sambusa Recipe

  • 500 gram LAMB MINED MEAT W/FAT
  • 2 cup FLOUR
  • 4 tablespoon OIL
  • 1 tablespoon GHEE OIL
  • 4 SMALL DICED ONIONS
  • 1 teaspoon SALT
  • 1/2 teaspoon BLACK PEPPER
  • 1 teaspoon TURMERIC POWDER
  • 1 teaspoon GRINDED GARLIC
  • 1 bunch DICED CORRIANDER
  • 1 bunch DICED PARSELY
  • 6 STRANDS GREEN ONIONS
  • As required WATER and FLOUR SEAL MIX

Directions: Sambusa Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.On medium-high heat, add two tbsp oil, and one tbsp drew butter oil. Heat until hot.

  • STEP 1.Mix the flour well to avoid oil lumps.

step 3

  • STEP 1.Add a touch bit but one cup of water. Add very little} by little until you get a firm consistency. Knead by hand or mixture machine.

  • STEP 1.Cover with a bag and let it rest for ten minutes.

  • STEP 1.On medium-high heat add two tbsp oil, garlic, minced meat, and blend until water dries. Add onions, one tsp black pepper, one tsp turmeric, 1 tsp salt.

  • STEP 1.Switch the warmth off, add diced coriander, parsley, and inexperienced onions. Leave it aside to cool down.

  • STEP 1.Flatten the dough at a machine or by kitchen utensil. You would like it skinny however not too skinny.

  • STEP 1.With a floured turnover cutter, add dough on high, add minced meat combine within.

step 9

  • STEP 1.Add flour & water along and blend. You would like a thick watery consistency to form the seal combine.

step 10

  • STEP 1.Add seal combine on one aspect of sambosa, and close. Add sambosa on a floured receptacle and canopy with an artifact to avoid drying.

  • STEP 1.The remaining dough place within the bag to be used once more.

step 12

  • STEP 1.On medium-high heat slowly lay down sambosa and fry for around two to four minutes. Make certain the warmth isn't it too high or low.

step 13

  • STEP 1.Serve hot with dugouts or lemon.
