Ingredients for Sambhar wadi - pudachi wadi - coriander bullets Recipe

  • 125 Grams Coriander
  • 1 Pieces Onion
  • As Required Oil
  • As Required Salt
  • 1/2 Tsp Chilli powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Amchur powder
  • 125 g ms of coriander
  • 1 Pieces onions
  • 1/2 Tsp chilli powder
  • 1/2 Tsps amchur powder and salt as per taste

Directions: Sambhar Wadi - Pudachi Wadi - Coriander Bullets Recipe

  • STEP 1.First let us make the stuffing by frying Finley chopped onions.
  • STEP 2.Add 1 teaspoon of chilli powder and 1 anchor powder to it
  • STEP 3.Switch off the gas then add finely chopped coriander and mix it well Keep this stuffing aside Now prepare a maida dough and roll to small rotis Add the stuffing and shape them to bullets Finally deep fry these bullets and serve with tomato ketchup or mayonnaise
