Ingredients for Sambaram Recipe

  • 0.13 cup Curd
  • 1/2 No.s Green Chilly
  • 0.13 piece Ginger finely chopped
  • 1/2 No.s Shallots
  • 1/4 Curry leaves stem
  • 1/4 cup Cold water
  • As required Salt

Directions: Sambaram Recipe

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.In a mixer grinder add ½ cup of curd, 2 green chillies, 2 shallots, 1 stem of plucked curry leaves and ½ piece of finely chopped ginger.
  • STEP 2.Grind it well in the blender. Transfer it into a bowl and pour curd and cold water. Add salt to taste and stir well. Add a few leaves before garnishing.
