Ingredients for Sambal Tumis Bbaby Sotong Recipe

  • 3-4 tablespoon Oil
  • 6 Nos onion
  • 3 Nos garlic cloves
  • 3 tablespoon dried chilli pepper paste
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 Nos asam keping
  • 500 gram baby squid
  • 1 teaspoon Salt

  • STEP 1.Grind onion,garlic and make a paste

  • STEP 2.Slice onions

step 3

  • STEP 3.1.add oil in a pan & heat it

step 4

  • STEP 4.2.add garlic, onion paste and saute for a minute.

step 5

  • STEP 5.3.then add dried chilli pepper paste and fry well

step 6

  • STEP 6.4.add sugar,asam keping and saute it.

step 7

  • STEP 7.5.then add squids and cook it for 2-3 mins.

step 8

  • STEP 8.6.add salt and add sliced onions cook until sauteed.
