How to Make Sambal Belacan Recipe
STEP 01
Remove seeds from chillies and cut into small pieces
STEP 02
Toast belacan in a pan for about 3-5 mins. let it cool down.
STEP 03
Transfer chilies and toasted belacan to a good processor and grind finely. Squeeze in the lime juice to the ground mixture and mix it well.
STEP 04
If not consumed right away then transfer into a container and store in a refrigerator. Squeeze some lime juice before serving and consumed within 2-3 days.
