  • STEP 1.Wash the samak rice thoroughly and soak it in water for 30 minutes.
  • STEP 2.Heat ghee in a pan and add cumin seeds, cinnamon, and cloves. Saute for a minute.
  • STEP 3.Add chopped onions and green chilies. Cook until the onions turn translucent.
  • STEP 4.Add the chopped vegetables and saute for a few minutes.
