  • 2 cup Milk
  • 1/4 cup Jaggery, Grated

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Wash samak rice and soak it in water for 30 minutes.
  • STEP 2.In a saucepan, heat milk and bring it to a boil.
  • STEP 3.Add soaked samak rice and simmer on low heat until the rice is cooked and the kheer thickens.
  • STEP 4.Add jaggery and cardamom powder. Stir well until the jaggery melts and blends into the kheer.
  • STEP 5.Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
