Ingredients for Sama ke chawal ki khichdi Recipe

  • 1/2 g bowl sama rice
  • 1/2 g Potato
  • 1 g Tomatoes
  • 1/2 g reen Chilli
  • 0.13 As Required half bowl crushed peanut
  • As Required As per taste Rock salt
  • 1/2 tbsp Ghee
  • 1/2 tsp jeera
  • 1/2 As Required Bowl water

Directions: Sama Ke Chawal Ki Khichdi Recipe

  • STEP 1.Soak the sama for an hour.
  • STEP 2.Soak the peanuts also.
  • STEP 3.Chopped the potato chili and tomatoes.
  • STEP 4.Take a vessel and add ghee jeera. Add potato..saute it.
  • STEP 5.Now add tomatoes also and salt. Saute it. Roast it for 2 minutes then cover it for 5 minutes.
  • STEP 6.Now add soaked sama rice in it add water cover it and cook for 10 minutes
  • STEP 7.Khichdi is ready... Eat with curd.
