  • 12 ounce Boneless Salted Cod
  • 1/2 cup Medium tomatoes, diced
  • 2 Garlic Cloves, Finely Minced
  • 1/4 cup Onions, Medium Diced
  • 1/2 cup Green Sweet Peppers, Medium Diced
  • 1/4 Scotch Bonnet Pepper, veins and seeds removed
  • 2 tablespoon hopped Chives
  • 2 teaspoon Finely Minced Chadon Beni
  • 2 Pimentos/Jalapeño Peppers, Finely Minced
  • 0.33 cup Olive Oil
  • 1.50 tablespoon Fresh Lime Juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon 0.75 Black Pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon Smoked Paprika

Directions: Saltfish Buljol Recipe

  • STEP 1.Break preserved cod into medium-sized items and place during a saucepan stuffed with water and convey to a boil. Let cook for quarter-hour and strain.
