- 300 gram Pork fillet
- 2 No.s Spring onions
- 1 No.s Green chili
- 1 No.s Red chilli
- 5 gram Ginger
- 2 No.s Garlic Cloves
- 1 teaspoon Ground black pepper
- 4 tablespoon Corn flour
- 1 tablespoon Light soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Chinese cooking wine
- As required Apple sauce
- As required Salt

How to Make Salt And Pepper Pork With Apple Recipe
1 in a bowl add 300 gm pork fillet put into 1 cm by 7 cm long strips, add 2 cloves garlic crushed toa paste, 1 tbsp cooking wine, 1 tbsp light soy sauce and mix well to coat the pork. Leave to marinate for 15 minutes.
2 add 4 tbsp cornflour and mix well to coat the pork.
3 in a wok heat 1 ltr oil over medium heat. Test the temperature of the oil by dipping the end of a wooden chopstick or spoon in the oil. If it begins to bubble immediately then the oil has reached the correct temperature.
4 add the pieces of pork one at a time into the hot oil and deep fry for 4 minutes.
5 then remove and drain the pork.
6 in a pan heat 1 tbsp oil, add 2 roughly chopped spring onions, 1 green and 1 red chilli deseeded and finely chopped, 5 gm ginger finely chopped and stir fry for 10 seconds.
7 add the deep fried pork to the pan and stir .
8 add 1 tsp ground black pepper and salt to taste and stir fry for a few seconds.
9 transfer to a serving dish and serve with apple sauce on the side.
