  • 3 Nos Pimiento peppers or Red Bell Peppers
  • 4 Nos Roma Tomatoes
  • 2 Nos Onions
  • 2 Nos Jalapeno or Serrano
  • 3 Cloves Garlic
  • 1/2 inch Ginger
  • 2 tablespoon Tomato paste
  • 1/2 cup Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Thyme
  • 2 teaspoon Curry
  • 2 Nos Bay leaves
  • 1 teaspoon Bouillon Powder
  • 1 tablespoon Smoked Paprika
  • As required Salt and Black Pepper
  • 1 cup Chicken broth
  • 3 tablespoon Parsley

How to Make Salmon Stew Recipe

STEP 01

Blend red pimiento peppers,jalapeno,tomatoes,ginger and garlic.

STEP 01

add oil in a pan & heat it, Add salmon fish and saute it until brown. Add onions to the same pan and saute it for a few minutes

STEP 01

Using the same pan add onions and saute it and now add tomato paste,add water if needed.

STEP 01

Now add blend paste,cover and cook for 20 minutes, then add salt,black pepper,bouillon powder,paprika and chicken broth.

Now add salmon fish and cook it for 8-10 mins with the lid on.
