A delicious dish prepared from salmon wish with peppers,jalapeno,olives along with other ingredients it is a Brazillian style fish stew marinated in garlic, lemon juice, cumin, paperica and onions. It is made by heating salmon along with butter and milk on medium-low flame.

Ingredients for Salmon Stew Recipe

  • 2 pound Salmon Fish
  • 3 Nos Pimiento peppers or Red Bell Peppers
  • 4 Nos Roma Tomatoes
  • 2 Nos Onions
  • 2 Nos Jalapeno or Serrano
  • 3 Cloves Garlic
  • 1/2 inch Ginger
  • 2 tablespoon Tomato paste
  • 1/2 cup Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Thyme
  • 2 teaspoon Curry
  • 2 Nos Bay leaves
  • 1 teaspoon Bouillon Powder
  • 1 tablespoon Smoked Paprika
  • As required Salt and black pepper
  • 1 cup Chicken Broth
  • 3 tablespoon Parsley

Directions: Salmon Stew Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.Blend red pimiento peppers,jalapeno,tomatoes,ginger and garlic.

  • STEP 1.add oil in a pan & heat it, Add salmon fish and saute it until brown. Add onions to the same pan and saute it for a few minutes

step 5

  • STEP 1.Using the same pan add onions and saute it and now add tomato paste,add water if needed.

step 8

  • STEP 1. Now add blend paste,cover and cook for 20 minutes, then add salt,black pepper,bouillon powder,paprika and chicken broth.

step 10

  • STEP 1.Now add salmon fish and cook it for 8-10 mins with the lid on.
