Pre heat ove to 425f
Place salmon flakes on baking sheet and bake for 10mins
Flake the salmon with the help of fork , remove the bones and skin
Add salmon and sake in a heated pan, keep cooking until its dry
Add mirin, salt, and sesame seeds continue frying for 1min
Serve with rice
