  • 1/2 pound salmon fillet
  • 1 tablespoon Sake
  • 1/2 tablespoon Mirin
  • 3/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds

step 1

  • STEP 1.Pre heat ove to 425f

step 2

  • STEP 1.Place salmon flakes on baking sheet and bake for 10mins

step 3

  • STEP 1.Flake the salmon with the help of fork , remove the bones and skin

step 4

  • STEP 1.Add salmon and sake in a heated pan, keep cooking until its dry

step 5

  • STEP 1.Add mirin, salt, and sesame seeds continue frying for 1min

step 6

  • STEP 1.Serve with rice
