Ingredients for Sakinalu Recipe

  • 250 gram Wet Rice Flour
  • 50 gram Sesame Seeds
  • 1/2 tablespoon Cumin seeds
  • 1/2 tablespoon Carom seeds
  • As required Salt
  • 1/2 liter oil for frying

Directions: Sakinalu Recipe

  • STEP 1.In a mixing bowl add 500gm of wet rice flour, 100gm of sesame seeds, 1tbsp of cumin seeds, 1tbsp of carom seeds, salt and mix everything together.
  • STEP 2.Add water in small quantities and prepare a dough.
  • STEP 3.Take a small portion of dough in hand and keep stretching and rotating it on cotton cloth.
  • STEP 4.Rest the sakinalu for 30 minutes so that it dries a little bit.
  • STEP 5.In a pot add oil for frying, once the oil is hot add the sakinalu in the pot and fry both sides until it is golden in appearance.
  • STEP 6.Serve on a plate and enjoy.
