STEP 1.In a mixing bowl add 500gm of wet rice flour, 100gm of sesame seeds, 1tbsp of cumin seeds, 1tbsp of carom seeds, salt and mix everything together.
STEP 2.Add water in small quantities and prepare a dough.
STEP 3.Take a small portion of dough in hand and keep stretching and rotating it on cotton cloth.
STEP 4.Rest the sakinalu for 30 minutes so that it dries a little bit.
STEP 5.In a pot add oil for frying, once the oil is hot add the sakinalu in the pot and fry both sides until it is golden in appearance.
STEP 6.Serve on a plate and enjoy.
