Ingredients for Sahi paneer Recipe

  • 81.33 gram Paneer
  • 1.33 Pieces Tomatoes
  • 1.33 Pieces Onions
  • 16.67 gram Cashew nuts
  • 16.67 gram Raisins
  • 0.33 tablespoon inger garlic paste
  • 0.33 cup Full fat cream
  • as required water
  • as required Oil
  • to taste Salt
  • 0.17 teaspoon Red chilli powder
  • 0.17 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 0.17 teaspoon Degi mirch
  • 0.17 teaspoon Shahi Paneer masala

Directions: Sahi Paneer Recipe

  • STEP 1.Grind the onions, tomatoes and 9-10 cashew nuts into grinder.
  • STEP 2.Heat a deep karahi.
  • STEP 3.Add cooking oil 3-4 tablespoons.
  • STEP 4.Add ginger- garlic paste.
  • STEP 5.Then add grinded onion tomato Cashew paste.
  • STEP 6.Then add spices like salt, red chilli powder, deggi mirch, turmeric powder.
  • STEP 7.Then add shahi paneer masala.
  • STEP 8.Then add some water for cooking.
  • STEP 9.After sometime, gravy is ready then add sliced paneer.
  • STEP 10.Cook for 8-10 minutes.
  • STEP 11.Then add fresh cream, raisins and cashew nuts in it.
  • STEP 12.Mix properly and serve hot.
