Fact is lauki is very healthy and easy to digest, i always want to try something new with bottle gourd which is healthy and sweet because was bored of eating lauki in same way, first i thought don't know how will be the outcome of this sweet but believe me it was superb texture and taste both, was really happy with outcome, this sweet have very less calories so everyone one can eat adults kiddos and those on diet too..friends do try this innovative recipe by myself poonam kothari.
