How to Make Sadza Ugali Recipe
step 1
STEP 01
In a bowl add a cup of cornmeal, salt, water and mix it. In a cooking pot add the cornmeal mixture and stir until pap is formed
step 2
STEP 01
Cook it for about 10 -15 mins . Reduce the heat nd add the remaining cup of cornmeal and stir continously until desired consistency
step 4
STEP 01
Cover and cook for another 10 mins with occasional stirring to avoid burning. Cook if it is still soft and remove if it is of desired consistency.
