Ingredients for Sadza Ugali Recipe

  • 4 cup Water
  • 2 cup fine cornmeal
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt

Directions: Sadza Ugali Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.In a bowl add a cup of cornmeal, salt, water and mix it. In a cooking pot add the cornmeal mixture and stir until pap is formed

step 2

  • STEP 1. Cook it for about 10 -15 mins . Reduce the heat nd add the remaining cup of cornmeal and stir continously until desired consistency

step 4

  • STEP 1. Cover and cook for another 10 mins with occasional stirring to avoid burning. Cook if it is still soft and remove if it is of desired consistency.
