Sabudana Vada is one of my favorite fasting snacks is a savory and mildly sweet patty featuring softened tapioca pearls (sago), mashed potatoes, crunchy peanuts and fragrant herbs. It is naturally gluten-free and vegan. This fool proof recipe gives you a super delicious, crispy Sabudana Vada with a soft and light interior. Basically sabudana is pure starch and carb loaded. They keep you full for a longer period and this is the reason they are included in the fasting food. Now a days people enjoy it as a street food without fasting also.
