Ingredients for Sabudana vada Recipe

  • 1/2 cup Sabudana
  • 1 Pieces Potato boiled
  • 1/4 Cups Peanut roataed
  • 1/2 Tsp Cumin seeds
  • Handful Curry leaves
  • To Taste Salt
  • 1/2 Pieces Chilly green
  • As Required Oil to fry
  • 1/2 Tsp Lemon juice

Directions: Sabudana Vada Recipe

  • STEP 1.Firstly, soak sabudana for 3 hrs. drain off water nd rest it for 30 mins.
  • STEP 2.Now, take sabudana in large bowl, add mashed potato nd coursely grinded peanuts.
  • STEP 3.Additionally, green chilli, cumin seeds, coriander, salt, mix nd mash well with ur hand.
  • STEP 4.Prepare vada by deep fry in oil.
  • STEP 5.Finally, serve sabudana vada with sauce, green chutney or masala tea.
