Sabudana vada is a maharashtrian dish now popular in all over India. Its very healthy tasty recipe. Tender from inside yet crispy from outside.
STEP 1.Firstly, soak sabudana for 3 hrs. drain off water nd rest it for 30 mins.
STEP 2.Now, take sabudana in large bowl, add mashed potato nd coursely grinded peanuts.
STEP 3.Additionally, green chilli, cumin seeds, coriander, salt, mix nd mash well with ur hand.
STEP 4.Prepare vada by deep fry in oil.
STEP 5.Finally, serve sabudana vada with sauce, green chutney or masala tea.
