Ingredients for Sabudana/Sago Raita Recipe

  • 1/5 Cup sago (sabudana)
  • 1/5 Tsp sugar
  • 1/10 Tsp salt or as per taste
  • 1/20 Tsp black pepper powder
  • 1/5 Tsp roasted cumin powder
  • 0.40 Tbsps Pomegranate seeds - a
  • 1/20 Tsp Red Chilli powder as ur requirement
  • 1/5 Cup yogurt or fresh curd

Directions: Sabudana/sago Raita Recipe

  • STEP 1.1) Wash Sabudana/Sago 2-3 times and soak for at least 2-4 hours or overnight, strain the excess water and then blanch it for 2 minutes. As shown in the picture.
  • STEP 2.2) Take a large bowl, add beaten yogurt, sabudana/sago, sugar, salt, cumin powder and black pepper powder and mix them well. As shown in the picture.
  • STEP 3.3) Transfer this Sabudana/Sago Raita into a serving bowl and garnish with pomegranate and red chilli powder. As shown in the picture.
  • STEP 4.4) Yours delicious Sabudana/Sago Raita is ready. As shown in the picture.
