  • 1/2 Medium Sized Potatoes, Boiled And Mashed
  • 1/2 Green Chilies, Finely Chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon Ginger Paste
  • As required Salt To Taste

  • 1/4 Medium Sized Onion, Finely Chopped
  • 1/4 Medium Sized Tomato, Finely Chopped
  • 1/2 tablespoon Chopped Coriander Leaves
  • 1/4 teaspoon Chaat Masala
  • 1/4 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • as needed Sev For Garnish

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Soak sabudana (sago) in water for a few hours until they become soft.
  • STEP 2.Drain the water and mix the soaked sabudana with mashed potatoes, green chilies, ginger, and salt.
  • STEP 3.Make small balls from the mixture and flatten them to form puris.
  • STEP 4.Heat oil in a deep pan and fry the puris until they turn golden brown and crispy.
  • STEP 5.In a separate bowl, mix chopped onions, tomatoes, coriander leaves, chaat masala, lemon juice, and salt to make the chaat masala mixture.
  • STEP 6.Place the fried puris on a serving plate and top them with the chaat masala mixture.
  • STEP 7.Garnish with sev (fried gram flour noodles) and serve hot.
