Sabudana paratha Recipe

A perfect maharashtrian recipe specially for vrat / upavas. Roast a bowl of sabudana and half bowl bhagar, grind it and make a dough adding boiled mashed potatoes with some jeera and chillies with salt as per taste. Roll them adding some oil on fry pan and serve hot with some aamti or a bowl of curd.

Ingredients for Sabudana paratha Recipe

  • 1/2 Grams bowl of roasted sabudana
  • 1/2 Grams Half bowl bhagar
  • 1 Kg mashed potatoes
  • 1/2 Grams table spoon jeera
  • 1 Gms reen chillies
  • As Required Salt as per taste

Directions: Sabudana Paratha Recipe

  • STEP 1.Grind the roasted sabudana and bhagar… add mashed potatoes, chillies and salt as per taste. Add water to make a perfect dough.
  • STEP 2.Roll them and add some out on the pan.
  • STEP 3.serve them hot with a bowl of aamti or curd.
