Ingredients for Sabudana khichdi Recipe

  • 62.50 gm Sabudana
  • 1/2 Pieces Boiled potato
  • 1/4 Tsp Cumin seeds
  • to taste Salt -according to taste or
  • 1/2 Pieces Chopped green chili
  • 1/4 Tsp Lemon juice
  • 5 g Finely chopped garlic
  • 1/2 Pieces Finely chopped onion
  • 1/4 Tsp Red chili powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Coriander powder
  • A Handful Chopped green coriander leaves
  • 1/2 g spoon ghee/oil
  • 12.50 g Coarsely grinded peanuts

Directions: Sabudana Khichdi Recipe

  • STEP 1.Method
  • STEP 2.wash sabudana very well in water at least 2-3 times then Soak sabudana for 3-4 hours
  • STEP 3.Take a kadai add ghee or oil add jeera, add garlic and sauté it for a minute now add onion roast it till soft now add chopped boiled potatoes and Saute it
  • STEP 4.Add coarsely grinded peanuts,salt and green chili paste, red chili powder turmeric powder and coriander powder and mix well
  • STEP 5.Add sabudana, lemon juice and mix well sprinkle green coriander leaves
  • STEP 6.our Sabudana khichdi is ready to eat
