STEP 2.wash sabudana very well in water at least 2-3 times then Soak sabudana for 3-4 hours
STEP 3.Take a kadai add ghee or oil add jeera, add garlic and sauté it for a minute now add onion roast it till soft now add chopped boiled potatoes and Saute it
STEP 4.Add coarsely grinded peanuts,salt and green chili paste, red chili powder turmeric powder and coriander powder and mix well
STEP 5.Add sabudana, lemon juice and mix well sprinkle green coriander leaves
STEP 6.our Sabudana khichdi is ready to eat
