Ingredients for Sabudana kheer Recipe

  • 0.13 cup Sabudana
  • 125 g Ml milk
  • 1/4 tsp Cardamom powder
  • 0.13 cup Dry fruits
  • 2 Pieces Cashewnuts
  • 1 Pieces almonds and raisins
  • 0.13 cup Sugar
  • 1/4 tbsp Ghee

Directions: Sabudana Kheer Recipe

  • STEP 1.Soak sabudana in 1 cup water for ½ an hour
  • STEP 2.Now heat a Kadhai or pan add 1 tbsp of ghee
  • STEP 3.Roast dry nuts and keep aside
  • STEP 4.Add soaked sabudana and roast for 1 min
  • STEP 5.Add boiled milk,sugar and cardamom powder
  • STEP 6.Cook for 5 to 7 mins
  • STEP 7.Finally add roasted dry fruits and nuts. Mix everything well
  • STEP 8.Ready to Serve cold or hot as per your requirement
