Sabudana/Sago, as we all know about Sabudana/Sago benefits. Sabudana/Sago is a pearl on the earth that gives us a lot of nutrients. We all love Salad and we all know that Salad is tasty and beneficial for our health. There are many amazing benefits of eating Salad on a regular basis. Such as it lowers the calorie count, good for eyes, improves digestion, helps you sleep well, Salads add fiber to your diet and reduces cholesterol, it is a good source of fiber, strengthens muscles, boost immunity system and much more. You can make a bowl of Salad easily, you do not need to be a Masterchef to prepare a Salad bowl.

Ingredients for Sabudana Fruit Salad Recipe

  • 0.13 Cup sabudana (sago)
  • 0.13 Cup chopped pear
  • 0.13 Cup chopped apple
  • 0.13 Cup chopped papaya
  • 0.13 Cup chopped tomato
  • 0.13 Cup chopped cucumber
  • 0.13 Cup chopped coriander leaves
  • 0.13 Cup pomegranate seeds
  • As Required Salt as per taste (optional)
  • As Required Seasoning as per taste (optional)
  • 1/4 Tbsp oil for frying the nuts
  • 1.50 Pieces Cashew nuts required
  • 2.50 Pieces Peanuts (roasted)

Directions: Sabudana Fruit Salad Recipe

  • STEP 1.1) Wash Sabudana 2-3 times and soak them in enough water for at least 6-8 hours or overnight.
  • STEP 2.2) Once Sabudana soaked well drain excess water and wash again.
  • STEP 3.3) Take a bowl, now add sabudana, pear, apple, papaya, tomato, cucumber, pomegranate seeds, coriander leaves and mix them well.
  • STEP 4.4) Take a pan heat a tbsp of cooking oil and fry cashew nuts and peanuts. And pour them on salads.

  • STEP 5.5) Yours delicious Sabudana Fruit Salad is ready. Serve immediately.
