  • 0.63 En Chilies, Finely Chopped
  • 0.06 cup Roasted Peanuts, Coarsely Crushed
  • 1/2 tablespoon Chopped Coriander Leaves
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cumin Seeds

  • STEP 1.Soak the sabudana pearls in water for 4-5 hours or overnight until they become soft and translucent.
  • STEP 2.Drain the soaked sabudana and mix them with mashed potatoes, chopped green chilies, chopped coriander leaves, roasted peanuts, cumin seeds, and salt.
  • STEP 3.Form small patties from the mixture and deep fry them in hot oil until they turn golden brown and crispy.
  • STEP 4.Serve the sabudana fritters hot with mint chutney or yogurt dip.
