Ingredients for Sabu Makha Recipe

  • 300 gram sabu
  • 150 gram jackfruit
  • 300 gram mango
  • 200 gram Banana
  • 100 gram grated coconut
  • 2 teaspoon juice of Gondhoraj lime
  • 4 gram Salt
  • 45 gram Sugar
  • 250 gram Milk

Directions: Sabu Makha Recipe

  • STEP 1.Wash and soak the tapioca pearls overnight and strain the tapioca pearls next morning.
  • STEP 2.Remove the seeds from jackfruit. Extract the pulp of the jackfruit ‘squeeze the mangoes in it
  • STEP 3.Add the banana and squeeze gondhoraj lime. Add the grated coconut and mix well
  • STEP 4.Add the fluffy tapioca pearls. Add milk and mix well
