  • 1 tablespoon Sake
  • 1-2 teaspoon ginger root, grated
  • 2 Saba fillets
  • As required Katakuriko or corn starch
  • As required Oil

  • STEP 1.In a bowl mix soy sauce, sake and ginger
  • STEP 2.Cut the fillets and marinade them in sauce
  • STEP 3.Dry them with towel and coat with katakuriko
